Over the course of a weekend, we offer a very special moment in which to discover the wine region, in particular, the wines of the Alpilles.
First, one of the most renowned sommeliers of the region will welcome you into his wine tasting temple, in the heart of a two-star Michelin restaurant.
He will teach you how to describe wine with simple words. You will learn why you appreciate one wine more than another.
He will also advise you in how to better your selection of it and to pair it beautifully with the dishes you serve.
Then, a winemaker with a deep passion for his land and his domain will welcome you and present you his work and his vineyards while you taste his exceptional vintage wine: a guaranteed pleasure for the eyes and the taste buds! You will be better able to choose your wines and better able to marry your wines with your dishes.
During this day, we invite you to:
- 9h: Introduction to wine tasting and fine wines in a 2-star Michelin restaurant.
- 12h30: warm and friendly lunch with the wine steward.
- 16h: visit to a vineyard followed by a tasting
A winemaker, passionate about his land and his estate, will welcome you and introduce you to his business and his operations while enabling you to enjoy his exceptional vintage.
One of the most respected sommeliers in the region will welcome you to his temple of tasting and will teach you the language of wine.
Availability of the stay: year round, except in July and August.
We can add one or more days in order to discover the Camargue, the Alpilles, the Luberon and/or Avignon as desired.
This theme day takes place in the Alpilles Natural Park
