This charming family holiday rental with private pool in Les Taillades has a 1000 m² enclosed garden and an electric gate.
The garden is equipped with:
A private pool (8m x 4m - Depth from 1.2m to 1.7m - In service from June 1st to September 15th, with alarm-type safety system and accessible by steps).
A large terrace (1 side covered terrace and 1 side covered with reed screens).
An outdoor table for dining with 6 chairs and 6 sun loungers around the pool.
A built-in barbecue
INTERIOR
This lovely holiday rental with pool in the Luberon has a ground floor area of 135 m². It has:
- A spacious, air-conditioned living area, decorated in a traditional style, divided into 3 spaces:
An open-plan kitchen (10 m²) with an American fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and an induction hob (5 burners) and 2 ovens.
A living room (17 m²) with air conditioning and TV, open to the dining room (25 m²).
- A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
- 3 air-conditioned bedrooms:
A bedroom (14 m²) with a double bed 160 with an adjoining shower room (shower and 1 washbasin).
A bedroom (12 m²) with two single beds 90.
A bedroom (12 m²) with a double bed 160.
- A bathroom (9 m²) with a bathtub, two washbasins and a hair dryer.
- 2 separate toilets
Maximum occupancy: 6 people; Deposit: €1000
End of stay cleaning: €150
Electricity is charged extra according to meter readings in low season (From the second fortnight of September to the second week of June inclusive).
Household linen included, including sheets, bath towels, tablecloths, tea towels.
Pool towels are to be brought.
