- 2 south-facing terraces, one shaded by a Virginia creeper with garden furniture, and the other covered, south/west facing, with a wood-fired barbecue, a plancha and a dining area.
- A bathroom (toilet + shower)

INTERIOR

Possible access for people with reduced mobility. The living areas on the ground floor don't have any steps. The door between the living room and the bedroom measures 80 cm.
The bathroom does not meet tourism and handicap standards. There are no grab bar and the Italian shower does not have the required width but is accessible with help.
