- A private heated (on request) pool of 10x5 m, depth 1.50 m, in service from April 1st to October 30th, with a safety system of approved safety barriers. Access is via steps.
- 2 south-facing terraces, one shaded by a Virginia creeper with garden furniture, and the other covered, south/west facing, with a wood-fired barbecue, a plancha and a dining area.
- A bathroom (toilet + shower)
INTERIOR

Possible access for people with reduced mobility. The living areas on the ground floor don't have any steps. The door between the living room and the bedroom measures 80 cm.
