This superb part of a farmhouse is nestled in a 3000 m² green setting, this refuge will immerse you in a bucolic and soothing atmosphere. Enjoy the simple pleasures of a flowery garden, a shaded terrace and a barbecue for moments of relaxation.
As for activities, you will be spoilt for choice! Whether it's the shared pool, the many hikes in the Alpilles Natural Park or the cultural visits nearby, everyone will find something to suit them.

This pleasant farmhouse with a pool is divided into 2 independent accommodations in the heart of a pleasant landscaped and tree-lined garden of olive trees.
The 3000 m² plot is not fenced.
It consists of:
- A private terrace in the 150 m² courtyard overlooking the living rooms with a plancha, garden furniture and a dining table
- A large 11x4.5 m shared pool with the owners, depth of 1.40 m to 2.20 m (secured by an electric roller shutter, with access by steps) in service from early May to late September, until 7pm in the evening)
- A relaxation area with sun loungers around the pool dedicated to the tenants
- 2 outdoor parking spaces
INTERIOR
Living room (20 m²) equipped with a television, DVD player, hi-fi equipment, and internet accessible from the terrace.
Utility room with washing machine.
A bedroom (12 m²) with independent entrance from the outside, with a double bed 140 and adjoining shower room (a basin, shower and toilet)
FIRST FLOOR:
An air-conditioned kitchen (17 m²) equipped with a fridge, ceramic and gas hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee maker, opening onto the dining room (21 m²).
An air-conditioned bedroom of 13 m² with a double bed 160 and adjoining bathroom (a basin, bathtub, shower)
A separate toilet
Sheets, towels and beach towels included.
End of stay cleaning: €140
For stays of more than a week, an additional cleaning can be included on Friday on request.

The garden is pretty and lovingly cared for adding to the charm. The house was perfect for us and our 17 yr old daughter loved the downstairs bedroom/bathroom. Everything in the house was clean and comfortable and the owners were so helpful and friendly. We wished we could have stayed a little longer

Ne pas hésiter, la location est parfaite. Extrêmement bien située, proche de nombreux sites à visiter, les Baux de Provence, St Rémi de Provence, les marchés. De plus, pas très éloignée d'Avignon.
