You are 4.5 km from the centre of Mouriès and the first shops (bakery, grocery store, butcher, restaurants, cellars, mills...).
The village of Mouriès, located in the Vallée des Baux-de-Provence, is well known for its olive oil and its hectares of olive groves. The 3rd weekend of September, you can participate in the Green Olive Festival. From November to December, you can witness the traditional production of the oil. Mouriès is very attached to its traditions and organises many festivals throughout the year.

This typical Provençal farmhouse with a pool has a pleasant enclosed garden of 800 m².
The land consists of:
- A pleasant private pool with sun loungers (15m x 7m - alarm and electric cover safety, in service from April to the end of October) arranged with sun loungers.
- A covered terrace with a built-in barbecue, 1 outdoor table and 8 chairs.
- An indoor parking space that can accommodate a large car or two small cars.
INTERIOR
This Provençal farmhouse with a pool in the Alpilles has an area of 185 m² on two levels. It is decorated in a traditional Provençal style, composed of family furniture.
GROUND FLOOR:
A kitchen (20 m²) equipped with a fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and dining area.
A utility room with a washing machine.
A very cosy living room (41 m²) with a magnificent decorative fireplace and a TV.
A dining room (38 m²) open to a second small living room (9 m²).
A separate toilet.
1ST FLOOR - 1st part: (Accessible by the stairs located in the dining room)
A mezzanine (21 m²) with a library and a reading corner
- A bedroom (13 m²) with a double bed 160 and its adjoining shower room (shower, 1 washbasin, toilet)
1ST FLOOR - 2nd part: (Accessible by a second staircase located in the living room corner)

Maison spacieuse, terrain clos. Endroit très agréable. Nous avons eu un gros problème d'eau chaude, le ballon solaire a rendu l'âme pendant notre séjour. Du coup c'était très compliqué pour les douches . L'agence a très bien réagi en faisant venir unsee more
