It is equipped with:
- A pretty 8x4 m pool + 4x4 m submerged beach (depth from 0.70 to 1.50 m - access by steps and secured by a safety alarm), in service from April 1st to October 30th.
- A pool house with outdoor shower.
- Three lovely south and west facing terraces from 4 to 45 m².
- An electric barbecue
