A private and heated pool (12m x 4m - Depth 1.60 m - Safety type electric safety cover - accessible by steps) with many sun loungers (10) and several parasols (3).
A pool house with a hob, a plancha and garden furniture.
A shaded terrace (90 m²) on the south side with a pergola with a table and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals

This Provençal bastide in the Luberon has an area of 190 m² on 2 levels.
It is tastefully decorated with high quality equipment.
GROUND FLOOR:
A kitchen (10 m²) with an American fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, two ovens, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee maker and a ceramic hob.
A utility room (5 m²) with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
A living room (40 m²) with TV and satellite channels, a hi-fi system, a DVD and Blu-Ray player and a fireplace.
A dining room (10 m²) open to the kitchen.
