This 18th century Provencal farmhouse benefits from a magnificent view over the surrounding countryside and the Monts du Vaucluse.
You are only 4 km from L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and about 1 km from the centre of the village of Lagnes and the first shops (bakery, press, grocery store, restaurant...) etc.
Lagnes is a small Provencal village, perched on a hillside, at the foot of the Pieï rock. The village of Lagnes is dominated by a 13th century castle, which gives it a unique medieval atmosphere. Narrow streets, lined with ancient, generously flowered houses, give a lot of charm to this village. You can admire the Old Washhouse which was previously the former Chapel of the White Penitents.
During the summer, many events and exhibitions liven up the village of Lagnes (sculptures, crafts, paintings...).

The 5000 m² garden is enclosed. There is an electric access gate. A covered parking area for 3 vehicles.
An exceptional view of the Provencal countryside and the Monts du Vaucluse mountain range is also offered to you.
The garden is equipped with:
A private outdoor pool (12x6, depth from 1 metre to 1.80 metres) in service from June 1st to November 1st, with security systems such as an alarm + an unapproved protective barrier. Access to the pool is via steps.
A 50 m² south/east facing terrace with sun loungers.
A petanque area with boules.
An outdoor table with 8 chairs.
A mobile gas barbecue.

INTERIOR

Renovated in 2020, it offers great comfort. The decor is modern and elegant.

An independent kitchen (20 m²) equipped with a 4-ring induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker and dining area.
A back kitchen with a second sink, dishwasher and fridge.
A living room (42 m²) with a fireplace, TV (cable channels), hi-fi equipment, internet, a piano and a work area.
A dining room (28 m²).
A shower room (5 m²) with a washbasin, shower, toilet, washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer.
FIRST FLOOR:
