EXTERIOR
This property with a pool in Gordes in the Luberon is enhanced by a private garden of 2000m², with an outdoor parking for several cars.
It has a beautiful enclosed inner courtyard, with a large awning (55m²) opening onto the pool, facing the Luberon and equipped with a barbecue.
The pool, facing the Luberon, adjoins a covered terrace (20m²), with garden furniture.
It has an area of 10mx5m, a depth of 1.50 to 2m, it is secured by an alarm and accessible by steps
If the door between the awning and the pool, as well as the garden gate, are locked, the children do not have direct access to the pool.
The summer kitchen under the awning is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and a fridge/freezer.
A large pétanque court is at your disposal with a set of 8 balls.
2 mountain bikes are also available on site.

INTERIOR
This property with a pool in Gordes in the Luberon has three floors. It has an area of 230m² and is decorated in a Provençal style, completely renovated with modern comfort.

-Separate toilet with 1 hand basin (there are 2 high descending steps to access the toilet).

Dogs (maximum two) are accepted on request: supplement of €50/dog. We ask guests not to put animals in the pool, to clean up the hair before departure and to pick up the droppings in the garden. Cats are not accepted.
Baby equipment: 1 high chair + 1 travel cot + 1 plastic bathtub, a potty and a booster seat

Eco-gesture
The owners use organic food and local producers. They have implemented selective sorting.
They use selective sorting as well as the composter.
They have installed thermal insulation glazing, and have installed solar panels for hot water.
They do not use chemical fertilizers for the maintenance of green spaces.

Accessibility
The house is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
The layout of the rooms and the floor coverings used (gravel) are not easy for wheelchair users.
One bedroom is accessible from the garden with its own bathroom on the ground floor, however, the toilet has two quite high steps.
