Ideally located on the border between the Camargue Regional Natural Park and the Alpilles, this holiday home is located in a charming residence, 1 small km from the village centre and the first shops and restaurants.
Known for the famous "Lettres de mon moulin" by Alphonse Daudet, Fontvieille is a typical Provençal village.
During your holidays in Fontvieille, you can visit the writer's mill, discover the Château de Montauban and the Abbey of Montmajour, architectural gems whose construction began in the 10th century.
Culturally speaking, Fontvieille and its surroundings are rich in history and heritage.
In terms of gastronomy, the region is no exception! In Fontvieille, you are surrounded on all sides by the many vineyards and olive groves of Provence. Olive oil and wines make up this delicious terroir which, every season, delights the palates of Provençals and visitors alike.
A stone's throw from Fontvieille and this pleasant holiday home with a pool, you can set off to discover the thousand and one wonders of Provence! Arles (5 km), Les Baux-de-Provence (5 km), Saint-Rémy-de-Provence (10 km) or the Saintes-Maries-de-la Mer (50 km).
These are all typical towns and villages that are not to be missed under any circumstances.
On a practical level, Fontvieille has small local shops that are very convenient, accessible on foot from the holiday home, and a supermarket. The first hypermarkets are in Arles, 5 km away.
For a TGV arrival, prefer Arles or Avignon. For an arrival by air, the nearest airport is Marignane (50 km).

This pleasant Gite with swimming pool in Fontveille is located in a private and secure residence.
The entrance is through an electric gate.
The Gite has :
A beautiful collective swimming pool (13x6, open from the 1st of may to the 15th of october, 9h-21h ) secured by approved protective barriers.
A private garden, furnished with a table, 2 chairs, 2 deck chairs and 1 plancha protected by an electric blind.
A secure and free indoor parking.
A huge pétanque court.
INSIDE
This pleasant cottage with swimming pool in Fontvieille has a living space of 35m2, distributed on 2 levels. It benefits from the coolness of an electric air conditioning and mosquito net.
GROUND FLOOR :
The first floor has a large open plan living room with :
A kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto coffee maker, 4 burner induction cooktop and a dishwasher
An under-staircase with a vacuum cleaner, an iron and an ironing board
A living room with a TV and a dining area
2nd FLOOR : To reach the first floor, the access is done by a spiral staircase which is rather narrow.
A room with a double bed 160 and a cupboard of arrangement.
A bathroom with a washbasin, a shower and a washing machine, a toilet and a hair dryer are at your disposal.
Maximum bedding : 2 persons
Deposit : 300
Cleaning at the end of your stay : 60€.
Electricity to be paid in supplement according to consumption all year.
Linen rental at 15€/person (sheets, towels, tablecloths and tea towels).
