This holiday rental with heated pool for 10 people is located in Les Vignières, in the countryside between Cavaillon and L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue (Vaucluse department). Near the Luberon Natural Park, this magnificent 19th century Provençal farmhouse with a pool combines the charm of authenticity with modern amenities, perfect for a family or friends holiday. This farmhouse offers an ideal setting to enjoy the Provençal landscapes while being close to major cities like Avignon, Apt and Aix-en-Provence.
L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue is a very popular tourist town. It is surrounded by several canals fed by the Sorgue, giving it unparalleled charm. Its Sunday market is also very renowned. You will find many stalls with local producers, craftsmen and artists.
During your holiday in Les Vignières, take advantage of the many activities in the surroundings of this Provençal farmhouse with a pool in the Luberon, such as the Saumane golf course (10 km), horse riding (10 km), the Tour de France routes, etc.
The closest major cities are Avignon (20 km), Apt (35 km) and Aix-en-Provence (65 km).
EXTERIOR
The house has a large 3000 m² garden without any vis-à-vis
- A magnificent heated pool, from April to late October, depending on the weather.
Completely new in spring 2020, secured by an alarm, dimensions 10 x 4m, average depth 1.40 m with a flat bottom, accessible by a very nice submerged side beach and two small steps. This large submerged beach will be ideal for the youngest or those who want to lie down or sit in the water. The pool is illuminated at night, allowing you to enjoy midnight baths. The water treatment is salt-based and will guarantee you great bathing comfort without any chemical products. In service from early April to late October, depending on the weather.
- A south-facing pool beach with sun loungers, deckchairs and an outdoor shower
- A shaded terrace with a tiled roof offering direct access to the kitchen and equipped with a barbecue area, a large dining table and chairs.
- A children's play area.
- A ping-pong table.
INTERIOR
This Provençal farmhouse with a pool in the Luberon is on 2 levels. It has a living area of 140 m². It is a pleasant family home with bright and spacious rooms.
GROUND FLOOR:
- A large, bright, authentic and very well-equipped kitchen with an American fridge, a Lacanche cooking range with 5 induction hobs and two ovens, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso coffee maker, a kettle, a fondue set and a raclette machine. The kitchen is air-conditioned.
- Living room (45 m²) with TV, DVD, WIFI and fireplace.
- A small laundry room with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a sink as well as a toilet.
1ST FLOOR:
4 air-conditioned bedrooms:
- A large south-facing bedroom with two 100x200 cm twin beds (made into a double bed, can be separated on request) and a private en-suite bathroom with a toilet, a shower and a double vanity.
- A south-facing bedroom with 2 90x200 cm twin beds (made into a double bed) with a private en-suite bathroom, with a toilet, an Italian shower, and 2 sinks.
- A south-facing bedroom with two 90x200 cm twin beds (made into a double bed) and a 140 cm wide extra bed for children
- A small east-facing bedroom with 2 80x190 cm twin beds and a small wardrobe.
A retro-style shared bathroom (for the last two bedrooms) with a double vanity, a toilet, a towel warmer and a shower.

Drei der vier Schlafzimmer haben Fenster, die zum Garten und Pool zeigen. Das vierte Schlafzimmer (2 Einzelbetten) ist sehr klein und beengt mit einem sehr weit oben angebrachten Fenster. Mit dem Auto erreicht man die vielen kleinen Dörfer des Luberon meistens in weniger als einer halben Stunde. Die nächste Bäckerei befindet sich in Cavaillon
