A very typical building, this large family farmhouse has a large, well-maintained park. Centuries-old plane trees provide a lot of shade in summer. Relaxation with the family is assured in the beautiful poolhouse, a play area with a swing and a pétanque court provide pleasure for young and old.
Cavaillon has an incredibly rich historical heritage.
A Roman city, it has managed to preserve several testimonies of this era, the most remarkable being its 1st century Ancient Arc, located in the town centre, whose engravings and ornaments have been carefully preserved.
Cavaillon is an ideal city to spend a refreshing holiday.
It is located in the heart of Provence. You are close to the Luberon Natural Park, the Alpilles, and Mont Ventoux, just 45 minutes from the beaches of Marseille.
During your holiday in Cavaillon, you are at the gates of several tourist areas of Provence, including Avignon, L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, and of course the perched villages of the Luberon (Gordes and Bonnieux, classified as among the most beautiful villages in France), Roussillon and the Colorado of Provence.
Cavaillon is also a perfect city for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts, it is the ideal starting point for beautiful hikes and bike rides in the heart of the Luberon and Alpilles massifs.
Small country paths also start directly from the house for beautiful family walks by bike.
There is a via ferrata on the Saint Jacque hill in Cavaillon. The Saumane Golf Course is 18 km from the rental

EXTERIOR
This typical Provençal farmhouse with a heated pool in Cavaillon has a 5,900 m² enclosed garden.
The garden is equipped with:
A spacious private heated pool (11x4m, with a depth of 0.30m to 1.35m, with a submerged beach), security system of the alarm type and safety cover, accessible by steps, put into service from April 1st to October 30th.

1 shaded terrace with a roof terrace, facing west, with a kitchen area, a table and chairs, for outdoor dining, and a plancha.

This holiday rental with a pool is on two levels. It has an area of 280 m². It offers good comfort. It is decorated in a traditional Provençal style.
The owners wanted to revive this family home for 5 generations and integrate all modern comforts. It was a former thistle farm.

A separate kitchen (12 m²), with a dining area (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, and Nespresso, 4-burner ceramic hob)

EXTERIOR The house has a large 3000 m² garden without any vis-à-vis - A magnificent heated pool, from April to late October, depending on the weather. Completely new in spring 2020, secured by an alarm, dimensions 10 x 4m, average depth 1.40 m with a flat bottom, accessible by a very nice submerged side beach and two small steps. Nestled in the heart of the region's picturesque landscapes, this traditional Mas offers an idyllic setting for an unforgettable vacation. A few minutes by car, you will have easy access to amenities while enjoying the peace and quiet of the countryside. The hamlet of Vignères is located at approximately 8km from Isle sur la Sorgue. L'Isle sur la Sorgue is a charming little town, called Venice Comtadine. It is renowned for its pretty canals and its Aube mills.
