A 20m² south-west facing terrace with a ping-pong table.
A beautiful heated pool from April to late October (4x8, 1.50m deep) secured by an unlicensed fence and an alarm.
A pool house equipped with garden furniture + 4 sun loungers
A wood-fired barbecue and an electric plancha
A petanque court and a swing.
INTERIOR
This Provençal Mas with a pool in Beaucaire has an area of 190 m², on two air-conditioned levels, decorated in a modern style.

Very large living room (63 m²) opening onto the outdoor terrace through French windows, divided into several living spaces:
• The equipped kitchen with an induction hob, an American fridge, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a filter coffee machine.
• The dining room with a table and chairs for 8 people.
• A relaxation area with TV (satellite channels), WIFI and air conditioning.
