Barbentane is a quaint village perched on the northern slopes of the Montagnette massif.
Nestled between two natural barriers, the village boasts a rich cultural heritage.
Situated near the renowned city of Avignon, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, famous for its Palace of the Popes and the legendary Saint-Bénezet Bridge!
For sports enthusiasts staying in this Provençal Mas with a pool, a technical 6-hole golf course is just 1 km away, as well as two municipal tennis courts in the Montagnette.

This Provençal Mas with a pool near Avignon has a living area of 200 m², fully air-conditioned, and decorated in a contemporary style.
GROUND FLOOR
Kitchen (20 m²) opening onto the outdoor terrace through large glass doors.
Equipped with:
Induction cooktop, American-style fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine.
Pantry with washing machine, dryer, freezer, and extra fridge.
Dining room (20 m²) with a table and chairs for 8 guests.
Living room (40 m²) with TV (satellite channels), fireplace, and WiFi.
1 independent toilet with a washbasin.
