Description
You will stay less than 2 km from the centre and local shops, not far from Saint Remy de Provence and Les Baux-de-Provence, in the heart of the Provençal Alpilles massif.
Aureille is a charming little Provençal village, preserved from time and mass tourism.

The village has all the necessary shops for your supplies: bakery, butcher, tobacco shop, restaurants, grocery stores...
The nearest supermarket and pharmacy are in Eyguières (7 km).
The surrounding landscapes are typical of the region: the Alpilles hills as far as the eye can see, limestone cliffs topped by the Opies, which reach 496 metres in altitude, centuries-old olive groves that extend to the village of Mouriès, the European capital of olives and olive oil.
The ruins of the medieval castle built in the 11th century give the village a unique charm.
The light of the sunset that turns the cliffs of La Civadière (a climbing site) red is a real invitation to contemplation and rest.
Aureille is also a land of sportsmen. Whether you love hiking, cycling, running... this villa is made for you! It is the ideal starting point for a multitude of hiking trails that cross the Alpilles.

This magnificent detached villa with heated pool in Aureille has a pleasant enclosed garden of 1000 m2 accessible through an electric gate. This large landscaped, tree-lined and paved area is composed of a mix of lush lawn and centuries-old olive trees.
The garden is equipped with:
- A private heated salt-treated pool (8mx4m, between 1m and 1.4m deep, secured by a perimeter alarm) accessible by steps, in service from April to the end of October, with 9 sun loungers
- A 70 m2 south-facing semi-covered terrace with garden furniture.
- A poolhouse with bread oven, dining area, garden furniture and outdoor shower.
- Another terrace with an outdoor table and 10 chairs, and a pergola.
- A gas plancha.
INTERIOR
This magnificent detached villa with heated pool in Aureille is a recent construction (1995) decorated with care in a traditional and refined style. It has a surface area of 220 m2, spread over 2 levels.
GROUND FLOOR:
- An air-conditioned kitchen with dining area, American fridge, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, microwave, oven, freezer, kettle, filter coffee maker and Senseo, 4-ring induction hob.
- A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
- A living room with fireplace and TV.
- An independent office space with desk, chair and printer.
- A separate toilet with hand basin.
- A bedroom with a 160 double bed, an adjoining bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.
- A separate bathroom with 2 basins, a bathtub, a shower and a hairdryer.
- A separate toilet.
- A bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together.
- A bedroom with a 160 double bed that opens directly onto the garden through French windows.
UPSTAIRS: 2 attic bedrooms
- An air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 double bed, an adjoining bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.
- An air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds. This room is not closed by a door. It opens onto the mezzanine.
