- A heated pool (7m x 4m - Depth of 1.4m - Heating from early April to 30 October depending on the weather) with an electric safety cover and accessible by steps.
- A pool house (29 m²) with a fridge and a table for outdoor meals in the shade.
- The pool area has 4 sun loungers and 2 deckchairs.
- A 20 m² south-facing covered terrace with reed screens.
- A plancha.

The house has a cooling floor that helps maintain a pleasant ambient temperature in summer (it does not get as cold as a conventional air conditioning).

- A utility room (3m) with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
