Agreeable part of a house with a shared pool for 4/6 people located in a quiet area of the village of Puget sur Durance, in the Luberon Regional Park (Vaucluse), in Provence. You will be amazed by the view of the surrounding countryside, you are about 6 km from Mérindol, and 2 km from the centre of the village of Puget sur Durance. This pleasant part of the house with a pool also benefits from a central location, ideal for exploring the different landscapes of Provence and the Vaucluse! Puget sur Durance is a small Provencal village located in the south of the Vaucluse, on the edge of the Durance and the Bouches du Rhône. The village has a superb natural heritage where you can go on wonderful hikes in the Luberon massif. You are close to many tourist sites: L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and its market, Pernes les Fontaines, Gordes and its castle or the small village of Lourmarin. You will also be a few steps away from the Alpilles Regional Park and can visit Les Baux-de-Provence or Saint Rémy de Provence and Avignon. Many other activities are also possible, such as public tennis, golf, or horse riding. The nearest major cities are: Cavaillon (15 km), Pertuis (15 km), Aix-en-Provence (40 km). EXTERIOR The part of the house with a pool has a shared entrance and is adjoining the owners' property. The land consists of: A private 17 m² terrace with outdoor table and chairs A pool to be shared with the owners (10 m x 5m - Depth 90cm to 2m) secured by an alarm and available from April to the end of September. A relaxation area with tables, chairs, sun loungers. INTERIOR This holiday rental in Provence with a pool is on one level and is fully air-conditioned. GROUND FLOOR: Kitchen with dining area, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer, filter coffee maker and induction hob. Living room with TV and a sofa bed for 2 people.
