Sénas is a small Provençal village, typical of the region.
The village of Sénas was built on the fertile plain of the Durance. It has an essentially agricultural vocation.
Sénas is surrounded by vast orchards and market gardens.
Many activities are located near this Provençal farmhouse with a pool in Sénas, such as tennis courts, the large golf course of Pont Royal in Mallemort, hiking trails, or equestrian centres.
During your holidays in Sénas, you will be at the crossroads of the major tourist sites of Provence.

A total change of scenery awaits you during your holidays in Provence, meeting the different Provençal landscapes, between land and sea.
The beaches of Marseille, such as Sausset les pins or Carry le rouet, are about 65 km away.
The Lac de la Bonde is about 44 km away, for swimming or water games.
This Provençal farmhouse with a pool in Sénas is also at the gates of:
- The Alpilles Natural Park, the land of olive cultivation, where the village of Les Baux-de-Provence stands, cities steeped in culture, such as Saint Rémy de Provence, painted by the illustrious Vincent VAN GOGH, or Fontvieille told by Daudet.
- The Luberon Natural Park, renowned for its perched villages, such as Gordes or Bonnieux, classified among the most beautiful villages in France.
The nearest major cities are AIX EN PROVENCE, MARSEILLE, ARLES and AVIGNON.
EXTERIOR
This typical Provençal farmhouse with a pool in Sénas offers a 400 m² enclosed garden.
It consists of:
- A poolhouse equipped with a kitchen area (gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and plancha)
- A relaxation area with a covered terrace with 6 sun loungers and 4 armchairs.
- A pleasant heated pool (8x4, depth 1.20 to 1.80 m) with an alarm-type safety system, in service from early April to late October.
- A large shed allowing to park several cars. It is attached to the house. It is clean and tidy.
INTERIOR
This Provençal farmhouse with a pool in Sénas is on two levels. It has an area of 240 m². It is tastefully decorated, in a very neat Provençal style. It is semi-detached on 1 side.
GROUND FLOOR:
A kitchen (35 m²) equipped with a fridge, 3-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a dining table that can accommodate 8 people.
A utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and fridge
A living room (38 m²) with TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, wifi and a dining area, opening by French windows, giving direct access to the pool.
A separate toilet with a washbasin.
2 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom (11 m²) with 1 double bed 140
- 1 bedroom (12 m²) with 1 double bed 160
1 bathroom with 1 washbasin, 1 bathtub and 1 shower.
FIRST FLOOR:
• 1 air-conditioned suite (25 m²) with 2 twin 90 beds, a relaxation area, a toilet and an adjoining shower room (1 washbasin & 1 shower)
• 1 air-conditioned bedroom (17 m²) with 1 double bed 160, a toilet and an adjoining shower room (1 washbasin, 1 shower)

End of stay cleaning fee: €180.

Pets accepted upon request for an extra fee of €35

Visitor's tax according to applicable rate, to be paid in addition to the rent.
ECO GESTURE
The house is spacious, the rooms for living can accommodate circulating in a wheelchair. However, the width of the door is not adapted to wheelchairs wider than 80 cm.

The owners have selective sorting of recyclables in place.
