This vacation rental is adjacent to the owners' house. It is located in a green area of 2500 m².
The rental has:
- A private terrace of 40 m², facing south, shaded by a parasol and decorated with a dining table and chairs that can accommodate 6 people.
- A pleasant swimming pool to share with the owners of 8x4.2 m, depth of 1.50 m to 1.80 m (secured by an alarm, accessible by steps). It is in service from the beginning of May to the end of September).
- A petanque court with a game of bowls provided.
- A ping pong table.
- A relaxation area with sun loungers around the pool dedicated to tenants
- 2 parking spaces inside the property.

Enjoy this cottage of 45m² + the attic floor on 2 levels, tastefully decorated. It counts:

• Large air-conditioned living room (40 m²) with television and Internet access.
• Kitchen opening onto the dining area with (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, microwave, oven, Senseo coffee maker, 4-burner induction hob, kitchen base, and cleaning products)
• A bedroom equipped with a double bed (160 cm).
• An independent bathroom with 1 sink, shower, WC and washing machine.
First floor
• A mezzanine opening onto the living room and giving access to the bedroom with 1 office space and a double sofa bed (140 cm)
• A bedroom with 1 fan, 1 double sofa bed (140 cm)
End of stay cleaning: 120€; Pets not allowed
Sheets, towels are included. It is necessary to carry your pool towels.
A high chair and 1 baby bed are available on request.
Deposit: 300€. Free internet access included.
