You will appreciate its large living area and its proximity to amenities, you are 300 metres from the first shops (bakery, butcher, press, restaurants...).
You will enjoy going to the main square of the village on foot, and appreciate the Provençal way of life.
Mérindol is located in the southern Luberon, it is a village of rural origin. It draws its roots from the Waldensians. It is known for its olive oil and its bird observatory.
During your holidays in Mérindol you can visit many tourist sites in Provence such as the Château de Lourmarin and the Gorges de Régalon.
Many hiking trails are accessible from the rental.
The nearest golf course is the Golf de Pont Royal.
The nearest major cities are: Avignon (40 km), Aix-en-Provence (40 km) and Marseille (70 km).

A 24 m2 south-facing wooden terrace, equipped with a lovely pergola.
A wood barbecue, 1 table, 6 chairs and 2 sun loungers make up the garden furniture.
The villa has a garage as well as 2 parking spaces outside the house.

This lovely house with private pool in Mérindol is a recent construction with a contemporary decor. With an area of 114 m2, on 2 levels. It is south-facing.

An air-conditioned kitchen (10 m2) equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, fridge, coffee maker, freezer and a 4-burner induction hob. From the kitchen you will have direct access to the terrace.

The house is nice decorated (Ikea style) and useful furnished. In the kitchen you find everything you need. We just wondered why the toilet on first floor is not included in the bathroom and without a bathroom sink.

The house is well equipped with everything we needed. The location is very good for visiting the surroundings. The swimmingpool is nice but on the terrace there is not much shade
