Maussane is a village that produces AOC olive oil. Its inhabitants will share all their know-how with you. You can also discover the small mill, the Via Aurélia and the Sainte-Croix church.
This typical Provençal farmhouse has an ideal location to visit the most beautiful sites in Provence.
The Alpilles Natural Park will offer you a magical setting with its splendid landscapes.
Perched on its rocky hill, the village of Les Baux-de-Provence stands out above the village of Maussane, with its exceptional medieval heritage!
Not far from there, you can also visit the town of Saint Rémy de Provence. It is very famous for its museums, its Roman antiquities with its Glanum site, and for its very chic shops.
Or the town of Arles, called the little Rome, for its Antique heritage, a vestige of Caesar's occupation.
Moreover, many activities are offered near this typical Provençal farmhouse. Depending on the season: 2 18-hole golf courses, canoeing, parachuting, climbing, paragliding, hot air balloon rides, hiking, horse riding, Provençal markets, festivals...
The nearest major cities are: Arles: 10 km, Les Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer: the Camargue: 50 km, Avignon: 30 km, Nîmes: 45 km
EXTERIOR
This typical Provençal farmhouse has a pleasant garden in the middle of a pine forest (10,000 m²).
The garden has a terrace with a table that can accommodate 8 people and sun loungers. You will fully enjoy the outdoor spaces and the Provençal sun!
A semi-inground pool (7 x 3.5, depth 1.33) accessible by a small ladder, surrounded by a pretty wooden beach
INTERIOR
This typical Provençal farmhouse has an area of 160 m², on 2 levels. The decoration is simple but the house is functional.
GROUND FLOOR
Kitchen with a dining area leading to the dining room (20 m²)
It is fully equipped. It has a fridge, dishwasher, kettle, oven, toaster, filter coffee maker.
A living room (50 m²) with a fireplace, a sofa, a television with satellite channels
A bedroom (15 m²) with a double bed 140 with an adjoining bathroom with 1 washbasin, 1 shower and toilet.
A utility room with the washing machine.
1ST FLOOR:
- A bedroom (18 m²) with a double bed 140 and a single bed 90
- A large bedroom (20 m²) with a double bed 160
- A bedroom (18 m²) with two single beds 90
A bathroom with 1 washbasin, 1 shower and toilet.
Maximum occupancy: 8 people;
Linen rental 15€/person (sheets, bath and beach towels, tablecloths and tea towels)

Satellite internet connection of 20 GB. (Recharge of 20 GB at 20.00€ - possibility to take several recharges during the stay)

Electricity according to consumption in low season (From the 2nd fortnight of September to the 2nd week of June inclusive).
