The pool, protected by a barrier to ensure safety, is surrounded by an elegant pool house equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, parasols, a fridge and a barbecue, ideal for convivial moments outdoors. The shaded terrace offers additional space to relax outside. Inside, you will discover a carefully designed and contemporary decor, with quality materials such as marble and wood.
During your holidays in Lioux, you will be amazed by its vertiginous cliffs, overlooked by a plateau.
The village is also surrounded by vineyards used for the production of AOC Côtes du Luberon wines.
The first tennis court is about 7 km away, the Saumane Golf Course is 10 km away and the equestrian centre is 5 km away.

The materials used are of very good quality (marble, wood, stone, terracotta tiles).
Kitchen (10 m²) opening onto the living room, equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
Living room (45 m²) with dining area, TV (satellite channels), DVD and Wifi connection.
3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom (17 m²) with a double bed 160 and adjoining shower room (shower, 2 sinks and toilet). 1 bedroom (12 m²) with a double bed 160. 1 bedroom (14 m²) with 2 single beds (90+110).
1 shower room (1 sink and shower) 1 separate toilet.
