This holiday rental with a swimming pool for 4 people is located in Cavaillon (Vaucluse department) with a magnificent view of the Luberon mountain range. This holiday home is located in a residential area, in the Vidauque estate, on the heights of Cavaillon.
The rental is part of a main residence with its own private entrance, without any opposite buildings.
The property is located at the end of a private road.
You will be amazed by the view that is offered to you.
It is a quiet and central place to visit Provence!
The first supermarket is about 2 km away and the town centre of Cavaillon is 4 km away.
Cavaillon is at the heart of the most beautiful sites in Provence, between Avignon, the Luberon, the Alpilles and Mont-Ventoux. The history and heritage of this town, still quite unknown, are worth a visit!
A discovery trail of the old town and the hill is offered to you, to meet one of the most beautiful synagogues in Europe (18th century) and the Jewish-Comtadin museum, the Cathedral and its 12th century cloister, the Chapel of the Grand-Couvent, the museum of the Hôtel-Dieu, the Roman Arc, the hermitage and the Chapel of Saint-Jacques.
During your holidays in Cavaillon, you can walk and relax just a few steps from the town centre, in the fragrant garrigue of the Saint-Jacques Hill, then enjoy the conviviality of the pedestrian streets and shaded squares.

The holiday home is attached to the owners' house on one side. It has a private terrace with a table and 4 chairs, which opens onto a very nice view of the Luberon.
On the lower part of the property there is:
A relaxation area with 4 sun loungers, a 20 m² shaded terrace and 1 garden set, available to you during the day.
A swimming pool to be shared with the owners (4m x 8m, depth of 1.50 m with access steps, security system of the alarm type, in service from May 1st to the end of September).
INTERIOR
The holiday home has 2 rooms (not partitioned). It has an area of 25 m². It is decorated with care in a traditional style. It includes
A main air-conditioned living room (20 m²) with:
A equipped kitchen corner (fridge, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, washing machine).
Dining area with a 4-person dining table)
Living room area with a convertible sofa bed, TV with TNT channels.
1 bedroom (8 m²) with a double bed 140 cm. The bedroom does not have a door. A nice curtain separates the bedroom from the living room
A shower room (1 washbasin, a shower and 1 toilet)
Maximum occupancy: 2/4 people - Deposit: €300.
The advertised price is for 2 people.
For the 3rd and 4th person, a supplement of €45/person/week is required.
Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning: €45
Household linen rental: €15/person (bed linen, bath towels, tablecloths, tea towels)
Pool towels must be brought.
Tourist tax according to the current rate
Pets accepted ON REQUEST with a supplement: €35/animal/week
Heating is not included in very low season: a flat rate of €35/week is required.
