A fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room (5-burner gas hob, American fridge, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker and toaster). Access to the garden and swimming pool is through a French window in the kitchen.
An air-conditioned living room (No.1) with sofa and dining area seating 12.
A second air-conditioned living room (No.2), separated from the rest of the house by a French window, with television, fireplace, and table football.
A mezzanine bedroom on the 1st floor, which opens onto living room no. 2, with a double bed (160 cm) and a shower room (1 washbasin and waterjet massage shower). The bedroom has no door. A wooden staircase separates the living room from the bedroom.
