This beautiful estate is closed to the famous vineyard of Validition. Shops and the village center are about 6kms away.
This farm has a central position, ideal to discover different landscapes of Provence!
You are near many touristic sites: the Camargue and Saintes Maries de la Mer are 90kms away, Avignon 28kms and the Luberon and its famous hilltop villages, such as Gordes, 25kms away.
Many activities are possible, like tennis, golf, horse riding…
This cottage is located at 11km from St Remy de Provence, 50km from Aix en Provence, and 7km from Cavaillon

This pleasant mas with swimming pool is divided into two independent accommodations. There is a pleasant non-fenced garden of 3000m², landscaped and with olive trees. There are:

- A private terrace of 150m² in the courtyard - with plancha, garden furniture and a dining table
- A nice swimming pool to share with the owners of 11x5m, depth from 1.30 to 2.20m (equipped with a electric cover security system), open from May to October, with access by steps.
- A chill-out-space by the pool dedicated to the clients with deckchairs and parasol
- 2 parking spots outside

This vacation rental with pool is on two levels. It measures 110 m2. It is decorated with care, each detail carefully thought-out.

Living room (20m²) equipped with a TV, DVD, HIFI equipment, and internet.
One bedroom with an independent entrance:
- A suite (15m²) with a double bed 140, a little living room and a shower room (a link, shower and toilet)

FIRST FLOOR:
An air-conditioned kitchen (17m²) equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, opening into the dining area (35m²), vitro-ceramic cooktop, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine,
An air-conditioned bedroom (13m²) with a double bed 160 and a bathroom (sink, bathtub; shower and toilet)

Linens are included (sheets, bath towels, and beach towels).
End of stay cleaning fee: 140€
For stays of more than one week, an additional cleaning may be included on Friday on request.
Internet access. Security deposit: 500€.
Sleeping up: 4 persons.
Visitor's tax according to applicable rate, to be paid in addition to the rent.

The owners use bios products of local producers.

They installed a glazing with heat insulation
They only use plantation of local gasoline, and Spray only the morning and the evening.

Living areas are upstairs - not accessible to people with reduced mobility
