Kitchen space with (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, cooktop with 4 induction burners)
A dining space which can take up to 8 people.
A den space with TV
A utility room (3m) with washer and dryer.
3 bedrooms:
A bedroom (17m²) with a double bed 160 and a trundle bed (2 x 90).
A bedroom (12m²) with a double bed 140 (this bedroom is en-suite with the bedroom 3).
A bathroom adjacent to the first 2 bedrooms (with shower and 2 sinks)
A bedroom (15m2) with double bed 160 with adjacent bathroom (shower + 1 sink).
Security deposit: €800.
Maximum number accommodated for sleeping: 6/8 people
Mandatory end of stay cleaning: €160.
House linen included (sheets, bath towels, table cloths and kitchen towels).
