We accept all types of accommodation (detached houses, prestigious properties, gîtes, etc.).
They must have a swimming pool and be well-maintained.
Our agency accepts houses for a minimum rental period of 2 weeks.
Your holiday home will be presented comprehensively, to reassure the customer of the quality of the services offered.
We will be able to answer all the questions asked by our tenants (surface area of the rooms, type of decoration, furniture, equipment present, the environment, tourist activities in the vicinity, etc.).
If you use our services, we will come and visit your home, take beautiful photos, and draw up a detailed description of the house.
Our 20 years of experience in seasonal rental, our understanding of the expectations of both owners and tenants, and our study of numerous statistical data from the world of tourism in France, Europe, and internationally, enable us to determine the best prices that will ensure you the best annual rental income.
We define the price scale according to the number of beds, the geographical location, and the level of services offered (interior and exterior).
We also take into account school holidays in the various European countries, as well as the global economic context.
As a general rule, tenants arrive between 4 pm and 6 pm and leave between 8 am and 10 am.
However, other times can be arranged at the convenience of tenants and reception staff.
The person in charge of Check-In/Check-Out will be either the owner or one of his representatives, or a representative of the agency.
We will provide the person in charge of check-in/check-out with a complete check-in/check-out file, which is necessary to ensure that any damage caused by tenants is reimbursed.
Cleaning will be carried out either by the owner or one of his representatives or by a representative of the agency.
Particular care will be taken with cleaning. We aim to provide a comprehensive service between each tenant, to maintain an excellent level of cleanliness (checking kitchen utensils, windows, cupboard interiors, under beds, etc.).
Maintenance will be carried out either by the owner or one of his representatives or by a network of service providers appointed by the agency, at the owners' expense.
We have one or more tradesmen for each type of service required to maintain the house, inside and out (household appliances, plumbing, electricity, IT, insecticides, swimming pools, heating, septic tanks, etc.).
Our agency, Plaisirs & Maisons de Provence, sends you an e-mail for each reservation, containing a rental notice.
You also have a personal online owner's area on our website www.provence-plaisirs.com, where you can check the status of your bookings from day to day, along with all the related information.
We pay your rent at the end of the month, by bank transfer, after the tenants have left.
Advance payments can be made on request.
You will receive a monthly statement by e-mail in PDF format.
Tenants always leave a deposit on arrival.
This will be kept in case of damage. The claim will be handled by our agency.
If an incident occurs that is not fully covered by the deposit, we can offer you a homeowner's insurance policy that covers you for up to €2,287 per claim.
This is an optional service, available on request.
If a tenant cancels their booking, a penalty scale will be applied by our general terms and conditions of sale and transferred to your account.
If you opt for our insurance, you will be paid the full rent, less the insurance premium.
We can confirm that you can keep a few weeks for yourself. As long as a certain number of weeks remain available for rental by Plaisirs & Maisons de Provence during the summer period.
To do this, you need to block your dates on the calendar in your personal space on the internet or contact us directly. We will be delighted to do this for you.
Based on our experience, we recommend that all consumption costs (electricity, gas, fuel oil) be included in the rental price.
Except during the heating season or when air conditioning is used, we will take a meter reading and invoice you according to consumption.
It is important to include household linen in the rent to facilitate bookings by foreign tourists traveling by air.
Plaisirs & Maisons de Provence produces catalogs that are valid from the beginning of January until the second Saturday of the following year. Customers can therefore book very early.
Contracts are annual and are tacitly renewed each year.
It is essential to give written notice of any cancellation before 31 August, to terminate the contract with effect from the second Saturday in January of the following year.
